These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Roastery Management (the "App"), operated by Lukas Lancz ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.
Roastery Management is sold as a one-time payment granting a single-user account with access to the App for as long as the service is operated. This is a license to use the App, not a transfer of ownership of the software itself.
Each account is intended for use by one person or one business. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login with people outside your own business.
Data you enter into the App (expenses, sales, inventory, customer records, and so on) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the App to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: use the App for anything unlawful; attempt to access another account's data; attempt to circumvent payment; reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App's source code without written permission; or use the App in any way that disrupts its operation for other users.
We aim to keep the App available and working correctly but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We'll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for independently verifying any calculations (costs, margins, totals) the App produces before relying on them for business or tax purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; see our Refund Policy for what happens to payments already made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, including Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection and the relevant provisions of the Slovak Civil Code governing contracts for digital content and digital services. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under Slovak or EU law.
